• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• All activities performed through their account.

MOAADI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate RFQ information.
• Submit genuine procurement requests.
• Communicate professionally with suppliers.
• Review quotations before making procurement decisions.
• Comply with applicable contractual and legal obligations.

6. Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers agree to:

• Provide accurate company information.
• Submit truthful and competitive quotations.
• Honor quotations submitted through the platform.
• Maintain professional communication with buyers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations.

7. RFQs and Quotations

MOAADI provides a platform for buyers and suppliers to exchange procurement opportunities.

MOAADI does not:

• Guarantee that quotations will be received.
• Guarantee that any quotation will be accepted.
• Verify pricing, specifications, or availability of products.
• Guarantee the quality of products or services offered by suppliers.

All commercial decisions remain the responsibility of buyers and suppliers.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading RFQs.
• Submit fake quotations.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Disrupt or interfere with platform operations.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.

MOAADI reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs on the MOAADI platform are owned by or licensed to MOAADI.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MOAADI provides the platform on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOAADI shall not be liable for:

• Transactions between buyers and suppliers.
• Product quality or delivery.
• Pricing disputes.
• Contractual disputes.
• Business losses resulting from platform use.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect personal information.

12. Suspension and Termination

MOAADI may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Misuse the platform.
• Compromise platform security.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
